2. Cyber Crime Report/Consultation Menu Move
Select the “Cyber Crime Report/Consultation” banner in the “Cyber Crime Report/Consultation” menu at the top left of the Cyber Security Bureau’s main homepage and the “Cyber Crime Report/Consultation” banner in the frequently searched menu. If you select it, you will see two buttons: Consultation and Report. Let’s start by consulting first.
3. Consent to collection/use of personal information and authentication
When reporting and consulting, you must agree to the collection and use of personal information and verify your identity. Check the I agree to the collection/use of personal information checkbox and verify your identity in one of two ways.
4. Apply for Cybercrime Counseling
Refer to the picture above and enter in order. The name, date of birth, and phone number in the reporter information are automatically set to the information entered during identity verification. After entering all the details, click the Receipt button to receive the request. Cybercrime counseling is handled in accordance with the civil petitions stipulated in the Civil Petitions Handling Act, and in accordance with Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the Civil Petitions Handling Act, 7 As a rule, responses are processed within one business day. 5. Report cybercrime
This is the screen that appears when you click the Report button on the right side of the Cybercrime Report screen (refer to Figure 2).
