Caregiver’s Perspective

There are many people who are curious about the prospects of a caregiver. To be honest, there is less demand because of the caregiver salary system. If you get a job at a nursing home or nursing hospital, the salary is low compared to the long-term working hours and work intensity. Even including overtime hours, it can be seen that receiving wages at the level of the minimum wage is a poor working environment. So, mainly foreign workers are doing a lot of work. In the future, if the elderly-related field grows due to population aging and working environment conditions improve, the prospects for nursing care workers can be said to be bright.
