3. How to cancel
If you want to cancel because you are burdened with payment while using mutual aid products, you can contact the person in charge of Freed Life’s customer center or contact the person in charge of the contract to cancel and check the refund amount.
You can download and fill out the cancellation application form from the Freedrive Customer Center website, or you can apply for it via email/fax.
Check the balance of the cancellation refund on the Free Life Customer Center website.
In the case of cancellation, if there is a refund, call the counselor to proceed with the cancellation/cancellation application.
Required documents include an application for cancellation, ID card, account number to be refunded (a copy of the bankbook), etc., by e-mail/fax.
For less than 300,000 won, the refund will be processed after identification verification, and for more than 300,000 won, required documents are required.
